Comprehensive construction of formation fluid transmission pipeline DN80 from SP Kamień Mały to OG Kamień Mały and DN100 from OG Kamień Mały to OG Górzyca as part of "Development of Kamień Mały oil field" investment.

Investor: PGNiG SA in Warsaw, Zielona Góra Branch.

Scope of work:

• Comprehensive construction of high-pressure formation fluid transmission pipeline DN80 and DN100 in pre-insulation DN200 and DN250, including trenchless crossings i.e. pipe jacking and HDD drilling.
• Connection of formation fluid pipeline to receiving and launching chambers.
• Preparation of storage area for pipes and bends and their proper storage before installation.
• Construction of temporary roads. 
• Excavation for pipelines. 
• Implementation of herpetological protection.
• Backfilling of excavations with soil compaction and land reclamation. 
• Installation of weights.
• Execution of excavations and drilling under roads, canals, ditches and flood embankments and under railway line.
• Pipeline route marking.     
• Soil replacement and/or reinforcement necessary for proper pipeline placement.
• Drainage works. 
• Weld annealing with hardness testing and NDT testing.
