Previously, he was, among others, President of the Management Board of Katowicki Węgiel sp. z o.o. in Katowice, Director of the Field Branch of the Military Property Agency in Wrocław and Marketing and Development Director of PUH Brajt in Wrocław. From 2009 to 2013, he was President of the Management Board of KGHM Metraco S.A. in Legnica. He has experience in corporate governance - he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Tauron Polska Energia S.A., Grupa Energetyczna Katowice sp. z o.o. and Secretary of the Supervisory Board of EnergiaPro Gigawat sp. z o.o. He was also a member of the Expert Council of the European Innovation Partnership for Natural Resources and Vice-Chairman of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce for Independent Metals and Recycling.

From 2016 to 2018, Director of the Central Procurement Office in the Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Capital Group, responsible for the implementation of procurement procedures in the Capital Group and for negotiating key contracts for the Group Companies for the purchase of supplies and services in the energy and petrochemical industries.
He effectively led negotiations and purchases on the largest investments in Poland: the construction of power plants in Kozienice (Enea) and Opole (PGE), as well as investments carried out for PKN ORLEN S.A. and PGNiG Termika. From 2005 to 2015, he worked for a manufacturing company in the sanitary industry, initially as Marketing Director, then as Vice-President and CEO.
Achievements - building a factory and implementing production and raising EU funds. From 1994 to 2016 - own business in wood production. From 1996 to 2008 - research career at the Faculty of Management of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków in the Department of Financial Management. Assistant, Adjunct Professor, teaching Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Management. Author of academic publications in the field of finance.
