Job responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of sanitary works based on contract requirements, project documentation and Health & Safety regulations.
• Participation in implementation of industry projects in sanitary, mechanical and technological installations.
• Cooperation with Project Manager, Site Manager, General Contractor, Investor and other contractors.
• Supervising quality and timeliness of works according to schedule.
• Analysis of technical documentation.
• Preparation of as-built and acceptance documentation.
• Supervision of Health & Safety regulations compliance.
• Control of deliveries, supplies, elimination of downtime.
• Management of contractor teams and engineers.
• Contact with project designer.
• Conducting negotiations with potential subcontractors.
• Solving technical problems on site.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education - Environmental Engineering preferred.
• Professional experience as Sanitary Works Engineer in the specialty preferred.
• Energy qualifications group 3 D+E preferred.
• Good self-organization.
• Independence, efficiency and goal-oriented attitude.
• Readiness to work in the field.
• Availability.
• Quality and timeliness of work.
• Driving license category B
