INDUSTRIAL PIPELINES

  • High-pressure steel transmission pipelines up to MOP = 8.4 MPa - no diameter limitation,
  • Medium high pressure steel and PE pipe distribution pipelines up to MOP = 1.6 MPa,
  • Medium and low pressure distribution pipelines made of PE pipes,
  • Steel pipelines for the transport of: crude oil, liquid fuels, water and corrosive or flammable liquids - no diameter limitation,
  • Pre-insulated steel pipelines for the transfer of heavy fuel oil,
  • Mine pipelines for the transport of formation fluids at pressures as required by the customer (e.g. 350 bar).

  • 1st stage and 2nd stage gas reduction and metering stations,
  • Barrage units, distribution and connection gas hubs,
  • Diagnostic piston send/receive chamber systems,
  • Process systems at gas compressor stations,
  • Gate valves chambers, switching chambers (on fuel pipelines),
  • Fuel/oil pumping stations.

NATURAL GAS MINE

Comprehensive execution on a surface gas and/or oil mine installation including:

- head reinforcement on the well,

- the construction of a technological installation for the adjustment of extracted minerals to commercial parameters,

- the necessary facilities (buildings, containers, roads, fencing), power supply, control, monitoring and process safety systems, commissioning and initial operation.
